How much does your wedding planning service cost?

I do not offer standardized packages because every wedding is a unique project, with its own distinct needs, logistics, and numbers. After our initial consultation, where you can share your ideas and requirements, I will create a tailored proposal for you.

When should we start planning?

There is no fixed rule, but the ideal timeframe is 10 to 12 months before your chosen date. This allows us to secure the perfect venue and the best vendors without rush and without compromises. If you have less time, no need to panic: we will map out a tighter but equally flawless timeline.

Will you also help us with the paperwork and bureaucracy?

Yes, I will provide you with a clear guide on the bureaucratic steps to follow, whether it is a religious, civil, or symbolic wedding. I will outline all the necessary documents and deadlines to save you from stress and last-minute rushes.

Will you be physically present on our wedding day?

Absolutely. On the day of the event, I am on-site from the arrival of the very first vendor until the end of the party. I coordinate the timeline, lead the vendor team, and handle any unexpected issues behind the scenes, leaving you and your guests free to experience the day without a single worry.

We have already chosen our venue; can we still work together for the rest of the wedding?

Certainly. We can step into your planning journey by sourcing the remaining vendors, designing the aesthetic and scenic concept, and taking full charge of the wedding day coordination, all while optimizing what you have already secured.
